同样是“干了一辈子革命工作”,在企业退休,每个月只有几百元养老金,而在机关事业单位退休的则可以拿到一两千元。于是,一些由机关调入企业的干部,千方百计将工资关系保留在机关,以便退休后享受公务员待遇!而一些“不慎”将工资关系转到企业的“原国家干部”纷纷发牢骚:“当年我们从机关到工厂,服从组织安排,难道错了吗?”为了探讨企业退休干部养老金偏低的现状和原因,笔者深入一些厂矿企业开展了调查。
