从非离子型表面活性剂Triton X-45中分离单一聚合度的氧乙烯基化合物,可以用柱层析法分离。淋洗剂为三氯甲烷、乙醚:氯仿(1:99) 和乙醚:氯仿(1:1.2)。在乙醚:氯仿(1:1.2)的洗脱液馏份内可以收集到单一聚合度的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(n=5)。氧乙烯基的聚合度用核磁共振光谱法及场解吸质谱法确定。用高效液相色谱测定分离物的纯度为97%以上。该方法的特点是仪器简单、操作方便、分离时间短。一次分离300mg的Triton X-45样品,可得到烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(n=5)约50mg,为研究烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚的氧乙烯基聚合度分布提供实验室制备标样的简易方法。
Isolation of a single degree of polymerization of the oxyethylene compound from the non-ionic surfactant Triton X-45 can be separated by column chromatography. Eluent was trichloromethane, ether: chloroform (1:99) and ether: chloroform (1: 1.2). A single degree of polymerization of alkylphenol ethoxylates (n = 5) was collected in the eluent fractions of ether: chloroform (1: 1.2). The degree of polymerization of oxyethylene groups was confirmed by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and field desorption mass spectrometry. The purity of the isolate was higher than 97% as determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The method is characterized by simple instrument, easy operation and short separation time. About 50 mg of alkylphenol ethoxylate (n = 5) was obtained by separating 300 mg of Triton X-45 sample once and providing laboratory preparative standards for studying the oxyethylene polymerization degree distribution of alkylphenol ethoxylates Easy way.
