汕头供电局下属澄海、潮阳、潮南、南澳四个县级子公司,均先后通过了广东省电网公司的规范化建设考评。汕头供电局农电管理的区域、电量、人员等占比均超过全局的70%,但管理的规范化、精细化、一体化水平等与三个城区供电局存在明显的差距。且由于县级子公司固有的成建制企业属性和程序性业务属性,使得管理综合性强、历史包袱重、人员整体素质低,制约着汕头供电局创先工作的整体推进。
Shantou Power Supply Bureau under the Chenghai, Chaoyang, Chaonan, South Australia four county-level subsidiaries, have passed the Guangdong Provincial Power Grid Company’s standardized construction evaluation. Shantou Power Supply Bureau of rural power management area, electricity, personnel accounted for more than 70% of the overall situation, but the management of the standardization, refinement, integration level with the three urban power supply bureau there is a clear gap. Due to the inherent property management and procedural business attributes of the county-level subsidiaries, the integrated management, the heavy historical burden and the low overall quality of employees restrict the overall advance of the pioneering work in Shantou Power Supply Bureau.
