目的:建立复方酸枣仁膏质量标准。方法:采用TLC法鉴别川芎、甘草;采用HPLC法测定本制剂中阿魏酸的含量。色谱条件:流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(22∶78∶1),检测波长为323 nm,流速为0.6 m L/min;柱温为室温。结果:采用的薄层色谱斑点清晰,分离度较好,阴性无干扰。HPLC法检测阿魏酸的线性范围为0.02650~0.47670μg,平均回收率为96.81%。结论:本实验方法简单,重复性好,可进行定性、定量检测,用于复方酸枣仁膏的质量控制。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of Compound Suanzaoren Methods: Chuanxiong and licorice were identified by TLC method. The content of ferulic acid in this preparation was determined by HPLC. Chromatographic conditions: the mobile phase was methanol-water-glacial acetic acid (22:78:1), the detection wavelength was 323 nm, the flow rate was 0.6 m L / min and the column temperature was room temperature. Results: TLC spots were clear, good resolution, negative non-interference. The linear range of HPLC for the determination of ferulic acid was 0.02650-0.47670μg with an average recovery of 96.81%. Conclusion: The experimental method is simple, reproducible, qualitative and quantitative detection can be used for quality control of Compound Suanzaoren.
