益民商厦是益民百货股份有限公司的本部商厦。于1994年元月20日正式开业,成为淮海路上的一朵光采夺目的奇葩。商厦设地下一层,地上六层。其中地室商场特约台湾依依婚纱摄影设计广场,五楼开设风味小吃广场,一至四楼主要经营日用百货、黄金饰品、钟表、化妆用品、皮革制品、男女时装、文体用品、小家电等共计150个大类,2万余种商品,营业面积3500M~2。
