通过对比切削试验,得到了新型工程材料─—硼酸铝晶须增强铝复合材料切削加工的基本规律:(1)切削用量三要素按a_p、f、v_c次依减小影响切削力;(2)切削力F_c比切削45~#钢小30%,但背向力F_p则大70%;(3)从减小切削力和后刀面磨损值VB_(max)考虑,K类硬质合金较适宜。
By comparing cutting tests, a new engineering material ─ ─ aluminum borate whisker reinforced aluminum composite material cutting the basic laws: (1) cutting the amount of three elements according to a_p, f, v_c times depending on the reduction of cutting force; (2) The cutting force F_c is 30% smaller than 45 ~ # steel and 70% larger than the back force F_p. (3) The K-type cemented carbide is suitable for reducing cutting force and flank wear value VB_ (max) .
