针对圆形喷嘴亚声速空气冲击射流,对多种不同工况下壁面压力分布规律进行了实验研究,实验结果表明壁面压力规律近似遵循高斯分布。为了得到精确的分布关系式,首先建立了高斯分布中压力分布半宽度与喷距的关系,在此基础上对不同工况下的高斯分布进行修正,给出修正关系式,有效地降低了单纯用高斯分布的误差。最后给出了压力分布范围与喷距的关系,为实际使用提供帮助。
In view of the circular jet of sub-sonic jet impinging on the air, the wall pressure distribution under different conditions has been experimentally studied. The experimental results show that the wall pressure law follows the Gaussian distribution. In order to get the accurate distribution relation, the relationship between the half width of pressure distribution and the spray distance is established firstly. On the basis of this, the Gaussian distribution under different operating conditions is corrected and the correction formula is given, which can effectively reduce the simplex Gaussian distribution of the error. Finally, the relationship between pressure distribution range and jet distance is given, which can be helpful for practical use.
