建立了芝麻油、芝麻调和油中乙基麦芽酚LC-MS/MS检测方法。芝麻油、芝麻调和油中乙基麦芽酚用甲醇提取,Waters ACQUITY UPLCBEH C18色谱柱(2.1×100 mm,1.7μm)分离,电喷雾离子源在正离子模式下电离,多反应监测(MRM)模式扫描。乙基麦芽酚含量在4~166μg/L的范围内线性关系良好,线性方程为Y=1.34×104X+1.58×104,r=0.9996。方法定量限(S/N=10)为4.0μg/L。分别添加4,8,40μg/L 3个不同水平乙基麦芽酚含量下,其平均回收率分别为86.1%,90.8%,88.8%。该方法可以作为芝麻油、芝麻调和油中乙基麦芽酚违规添加物的判定标准之一。
The LC-MS / MS method was developed for the determination of ethyl maltol in sesame oil and sesame oil. Ethyl maltol was extracted with methanol from sesame oil and sesame oil, separated on a Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 column (2.1 × 100 mm, 1.7 μm), electrospray ionization ionization in positive ion mode, multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) Mode scan. The content of ethyl maltol in the range of 4 ~ 166μg / L has good linearity. The linear equation is Y = 1.34 × 104X + 1.58 × 104, r = 0.9996. The limit of quantification (S / N = 10) was 4.0 μg / L. The average recoveries of three different levels of ethyl maltol at 4, 8 and 40 μg / L were 86.1%, 90.8% and 88.8%, respectively. The method can be used as one of the judgment standards of ethyl maltol illegal additive in sesame oil and sesame oil.
