目的:建立大脑凸面横断面与量矢状面主要脑沟回的定位体系。方法:取10具非病变死亡的头颅标本,经福尔马林液固定后行MRI扫描及断层切片;测量大脑主要沟回的长度并对邻近脑沟回形成的特殊解剖标志进行了辨识。结果:研究发现脑标本矢状面主要沟回构成6大解剖定位标志,其大脑凸面横断面构成7大解剖标志。结论:解剖定位标志的辨识,有利于脑部病变区的术前定位及手术入路的选择。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a localization system for the major sulci of cerebrum with convex cross-section and sagittal plane. Methods: Totally 10 non-lesioned skull specimens were taken and fixed with formalin. MRI scanning and sectioning were performed. The length of the main brain dorsal gyrus was measured and the special anatomical landmarks formed by the adjacent cerebral sulci were identified. Results: Six sagittal anatomical landmarks were found in sagittal plane of sagittal plane, and seven major anatomical landmarks of sagittal plane of sagittal plane were formed. Conclusion: The identification of anatomical landmarks is conducive to the preoperative localization of brain lesions and the choice of surgical approach.
