笔者认为,文化建设是学校管理的重要组成部分。加强学校文化建设可从这样几方面着手:确立鲜明的办学理念,引领学校精神文化建设;以文化立校为抓手,开展学校特色文化建设;以传统文化进校园为契机,大力弘扬中华传统文化;加强制度文化建设,为师生构筑快速成长的通道;规范“硬文化”和“软文化”建设,营造文明和谐校园。
The author believes that cultural construction is an important part of school management. To strengthen the construction of school culture can proceed from such aspects as: establishing a clear concept of running a school and leading the construction of school spirit and culture; taking the establishment of a school as the starting point and carrying out the construction of school-specific culture; taking traditional culture as a turning point for campus development, vigorously carrying forward the traditional Chinese culture ; To strengthen institutional and cultural development, to build a fast-growing channel for teachers and students; to regulate the construction of “hard culture” and “soft culture” so as to create a civilized and harmonious campus.
