目的:探讨肾移植术后早期并发症的类别、病因、诊断、预防及治疗。方法:回顾性分析我院2年来223例肾移植患者术后出现早期并发症的情况。结果:本组中共71例发生肾移植术后早期并发症,其中因术后早期并发症切除移植肾的11例,死亡11例。分别占1年人/肾存活率的94.87%和90.11%。结论:肾移植术后早期并发症类型多,容易导致严重后果,积极防治早期并发症的发生对肾移植术的完善有着重要意义。
Objective: To investigate the types, etiology, diagnosis, prevention and treatment of early complications after renal transplantation. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 223 cases of renal transplant patients in our hospital after 2 years of early complications occurred. Results: There were 71 cases of early complications after renal transplantation in this group, of which 11 died of renal transplantation due to early postoperative complications. Respectively, accounting for 94.87% and 90.11% of the 1-year human / kidney survival rate. Conclusion: There are many types of early complications after renal transplantation, which may lead to serious consequences. The prevention and treatment of early complications is of great significance for the improvement of renal transplantation.
