随着素质教育的不断推进和新课程改革的实施,学校教育对于教师各方面的要求也相应提高。在新课程改革的大背景下,教育工作并不只是看重学生科学文化知识的学习与进步,更加关注的是教师对学生思想文化素质方面的培养。为了让小学生从小养成良好的语言文化素养,培养良好的行为品德,小学语文教师必须把德育工作摆在素质教育的首要位置。
With the continuous promotion of quality education and the implementation of the new curriculum reform, the requirements of school education in all aspects of teachers have also been correspondingly raised. Under the background of the new curriculum reform, education does not pay much attention to the learning and progress of the students’ knowledge of science and culture. What is more concerned is the teachers’ training of students’ ideological and cultural qualities. In order to help pupils develop good language and culture accomplishments and cultivate good moral character at an early age, Chinese primary school teachers must put moral education at the forefront of quality education.
