本文介绍消除转动系统的定常振动的方法。这种方法使用了带有两相伺服电机的减震器系统。这里采用了附加振动源,使用脉冲控制系统在一个采样周期内消除振动。脉冲控制系统应用了有限调整时间法(hinite-settling-time method)。为了消除由速度控制系统的两相伺服电机产生的二次谐波振动,利用附加振动源来说明这个系统。据系统实验表明主轴振动可以完全消除。
This article describes ways to eliminate the constant vibrations of a rotating system. This method uses a shock absorber system with a two-phase servomotor. An additional source of vibration is used here, using a pulse-controlled system to eliminate vibration in one sampling period. The pulse control system employs a hinite-settling-time method. To eliminate the second harmonic vibration generated by the two-phase servo motor of the speed control system, an additional vibration source is used to illustrate this system. According to system experiments show that the spindle vibration can be completely eliminated.
