目的 寻找一种性能良好 ,来源广泛的塑料溶液作为解剖实验中骨表面保护层和血管铸型填充剂。方法 将泡沫塑料分别溶于 10种有机溶剂中 ,配制成 30 %~ 40 %的塑料溶液 ,分别涂抹在脱脂骨、未脱脂骨的表面和注入肝脏标本的血管内。结果 有 9种溶剂能溶解于泡沫塑料 ,并能和脱脂骨牢固粘合 ;其中有 5种溶剂也能和未脱脂骨牢固粘合 ;9种溶液均能注入标本的血管内。结论 乙酸乙脂和环己酮是泡沫塑料的 2种最佳溶剂
Objective To find a good performance, a wide range of sources of plastic solution as the anatomical experiment of bone surface protection and blood vessel mold filler. Methods The foams were dissolved in 10 kinds of organic solvents respectively to prepare 30% ~ 40% plastic solution, which were smeared on the surface of defatted bone, non-defatted bone and the blood vessel injected into the liver. As a result, nine of the solvents were able to dissolve in the foam and adhere strongly to the defatted bone; five of these solvents were also able to bind firmly to the non-defatted bone; nine of the solutions were able to infuse into the blood vessels of the specimen. Conclusion Both ethyl acetate and cyclohexanone are the two best solvents for foam
