The new round of curriculum reform is an exploratory project that has no model and can be followed, but the various directional goals of the new curriculum are clear. The new curriculum standards have adjusted the shape and content of many courses. They require not only focusing on students’ knowledge and skills, but also paying attention to students’ learning methods and processes, emotions, attitudes, and values, thereby bringing about changes in teachers’ teaching concepts and teaching methods. As school administrators, principals in particular, must correctly understand the tremendous changes brought about by new curriculum reforms to school management, and manage innovations.
