所谓“一课双师”课堂教学,是指同一节课内由两位老师根据各自的教学风格、知识结构、学科理论背景等,同时面对学生进行情景式、互动式教学活动的方式。它不是简单地两位教师上同一堂课,而是一个互补互动的多边交流的过程。在“双师课堂”教学中,两位教师充分发挥自己的教学优势,在不同的理念碰撞中,运用不同的教学策略,选择不同的教学重难点,通过情景式、互动式的“双师”教学来调动学生课堂学习的兴趣。
