3月15日是“国际消费者权益日”(World Consumer Rights Day),由国际消费者联盟组织于1983年确定,目的在于扩大消费者权益保护的宣传,使之在世界范围内得到重视,以促进各国和地区消费者组织之间的合作与交往,在国际范围内更好地保护消费者权益。·2014年3月15日,新《消费者权益保护法》正式实施,这部法律将存在多年的“电商乱象”纳为重点进行规范。并从三个方面强化了消费者维权保障,分别为:新增七日无理由退货制度、新增网购等非现场购物信息披露制度、新增网络交易平台提供者责任。
