随着新生代员工逐渐成为组织的中流砥柱,员工周边绩效管理在当今组织人力资源管理活动中也变得越来越重要。在组织给予其越来越多关注的同时,解决新生代员工周边绩效带来的绩效管理过程中的其他问题,以确保组织的良性运行和协调发展,这成为一个重要课题。本文结合周边绩效和新生代员工特点,对新生代员工周边绩效管理问题进行分析研究,并提出提升新生代员工周边绩效的策略建议。
As new generation employees become the mainstay of the organization, employee performance management around the organization is also becoming more and more important in today’s human resource management activities. While the organization gives more and more attention to it, it is an important issue to solve other problems in the process of performance management brought by the performance of the new generation of employees so as to ensure the healthy operation and coordinated development of the organization. In this paper, we analyze the performance management problems of the new generation of employees in combination with the peripheral performance and the characteristics of the new generation of employees, and put forward the strategies to improve the performance of the new generation of employees.
