本文提出设计汽车转向梯形的数学模型,模型中考虑了主销后倾角,车轮外倾角及主销内倾角在转向时的作用.计算结果表明,优化后的机构参数更为合理.
In this paper, the mathematical model of automobile steering trapezoid is proposed, and the effect of steering caster angle, wheel camber angle and kingpin inclination angle on steering is taken into account in the model. The calculated results show that the optimized mechanism parameters are more reasonable.
