Waste heat of various waste steam in factory enterprises is one of the major sources of low-temperature differential energy. How to use this part of waste heat from exhaust gas is an urgent problem to be solved in current energy conservation work. The First Automobile Manufacturing Plant (hereinafter referred to as FAW) is a larger automobile manufacturing plant. During the production process, the whole plant continuously discharges a large amount of waste heat, the largest of which is the steam exhausted from the forging hammer of the forging branch. The average waste of 13 tons of waste steam per hour is discharged against the air, and the heat loss is reached annually. More than 30,000 million kcal, equivalent to nearly 5,000 tons of standard coal. To this end, we have reconstructed the original waste gas recovery unit and built a new waste heat exchange station. Since 1976, it has been possible to recycle all the waste steam from the forging hammer in the winter and in summer
