目的观察中性粘多糖(neutralmucopolysaccharideNM)对缺血再灌注沙土鼠红细胞β-内啡吹(β-endorphinβ-EP)和免疫粘附功能(redcellimmuneadherenceRCIA)的影响;进一步探讨NM对防治缺血再灌注脑组织损伤的机理。方法采用蒙古种沙土鼠缺血再灌注模型分别测定红细胞β-EP(RBC-β-EP)含量以及RCIA功能,观察两者相互关系。结果提前喂服NM在沙土鼠再灌注时RBC-β-EP含量明显降低,RCIM能力增强;随红细胞β-EP含量下降,RCIA能力所有加强。结论NM在沙土鼠脑缺血再灌注时具有阻断RBC-β-EP的过度产生,有助于改善红细胞免疫功能的作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of neutral mucopolysaccharide (NO) on erythrocyte β-endorphinβ-EP and red cell adhesion in the ischemic reperfussion of gerbil Mechanism of tissue damage. Methods The content of erythrocyte β-EP (RBC-β-EP) and the function of RCIA in Mongol gerbils gerbil ischemia-reperfusion model were measured, and the relationship between them was observed. Results In early feeding of NM, the content of RBC-β-EP was significantly decreased and the ability of RCIM enhanced when reperfused with NM. The ability of RCIA was enhanced with the decrease of β-EP of erythrocytes. Conclusion NM can block the overproduction of RBC-β-EP during gerbil cerebral ischemia and reperfusion, which is helpful to improve the immune function of erythrocytes.
