随着人们对学习社会认识的不断深入,学习社会的基本细胞--学习型组织,日益得到广泛的重视.本文从学习型组织的基本特点入手,引出学习型组织的典范--学习型学校.从什么是学习型学校、学校里教师学习的特点、学校应为社区做出贡献等几个方面,说明学习型学校应该在学习社会的创建中发挥应有的作用,成为学习型组织的典范,促进学习社会的形成.
