分子式:C_(15)H_(17)ClFN_3O_3 研制单位:拜耳、杏林、华纳—朗勃脱试验比较了新氟喹诺酮AM—1091(Cl—960)与红霉素、利福平和环丙沙星对189种军团菌的体外抗菌活性,结果表明,Cl—960和利福平的活性最强,Cl—960对嗜肺军团菌血清型6～8的活性高于血清型1～5。红霉素对Legionellae micdadei的活性低于Cl—960和环丙沙星。Cl—960对从患者和环境中分离出的细菌活性相同。

Erythromycin showed less activity on Legionellae micadek than Cl-960 and ciprofloxacin. Cl-960 has the same activity on bacteria isolated from patients and the environment.
