在制药工业中,压缩气体的应用非常广泛,例如常需要压缩空气用于压缩液体、参与化学反应、空气搅拌等。尤其在发酵过程中,压缩空气需要洁净、无污染,以避免发酵液染菌,造成生产上的损失。所以,实现空压机气缸的无油润滑,是使空气洁净,无污染的关键。同时在能源日趋紧张的今天,怎样来提高节能效益是一个重要的课题。二年来,从提高经济效益、安全生产和节约能源方面考虑,我们对三台4L-40/2-3.2型空压机(原为4L-20/8型,后改装为现有型号)铸铁活塞环进行了改装,采用填充聚四氟乙烯活塞环,获得了成功。各项技术指标:排气压力、风量、温度均达到了要求,并取得了明显的经济效益。

In the past two years, from the aspect of improving economic efficiency, safe production and energy conservation, we compared three cast iron pistons of 4L-40 / 2-3.2 type (formerly Model 4L-20/8 and later converted to existing models) Ring was modified, filled with PTFE piston rings, was successful. Various technical indicators: exhaust pressure, air volume, temperature have reached the requirements, and achieved significant economic benefits.
