苯、甲苯、二甲苯是重要的化工原料和溶剂,容易对周围环境造成污染,对接触者造成危害,因而测定环境中的苯、甲苯,二甲苯有很重要的卫生学意义。目前主要测定方法是用二硫化碳做溶剂,邻苯二甲酸二壬酯及有机皂土做固定液,用气相色谱法进行分析。该方法固定液的涂布较繁琐,二硫化碳是一种毒物,用它做溶剂给操作者带来不便。为此我们对测定方法做了修改,用无水乙醇做溶剂,3%OV-17做固定液,可以同时测出苯、甲苯、二甲苯。
