怎样防止异常金针菇

金针菇若遇环境条件变化,菇形和色泽会出现异常。这时须针对菇体的不同反应,及时采取相应措施,以避免不必要的损失。 1.早产菇 在菌丝培养阶段,菌丝未长满瓶就从棉塞边长出菇来。这主要是天气骤冷、气温下降所致。防止办法是增温降湿。 Flammulina in case of environmental conditions change, mushroom shape and color will be abnormal.
