根据金针菇的生物学特性及子实体生长阶段的特点,我们在进行床栽金针菇时采用分块套纸箱育菇法,实践证明它比常规法产量可提高15—20%,而且商品菇比例高。其具体做法是:首先要备好纸包装箱,在箱体上戳许多通气孔。当菇床上开始形成子实体原基时,用刀将床料切割成与箱口大小相等的方块,在切口处稍用力向两边挤出一条空隙,以便插放套箱。箱套高以13—15厘米为宜。
