乳化炸药的生产早已实现机械化,但其包装还是手工操作,工效低,劳动强度大,满足不了生产的需要。为了配合乳化炸药生产线及适应露天爆破作业的需要,长沙矿山研究院设计了RDB—1型乳化炸药大药卷包装机。该机采用液压传动及无触点自动控制和计数,包装药袋直径90毫米以上,每袋重量4～6公斤,小时生产能力1000公斤。并于1982年10月至1983年3月止,共包装炸药100余吨。生产实践证明:1.该机能满足乳化炸
