本文叙述了提高硅钢薄带电磁性能的徒径是采用武钢硅钢片厂生产的0.30—0.35mm原钢带(下称武钢料)做为硅钢薄带生产的半成品坯料。用特殊酸洗方法去除半成品坯料的表面涂层、然后一次冷轧到0.08mm成品厚度。通过真空周期式炉和氢气连续炉的两种方法进行成品退火试验。试验结果表明其电磁性能均达到和超过本所习惯采用的老方法生产的硅钢薄带的电磁性能。也达到和超过YB901-78标准中的最高牌号(DG4)的电磁性能水平:B_(10)在17500~18500高斯之间。P15/400在11.5~15瓦/公斤之间。
This article describes the improvement of silicon steel strip electromagnetic performance is the use of WISCO silicon steel sheet factory 0.30-0.35mm original strip (hereinafter referred to as Wuhan Iron and Steel) as a silicon steel strip production of semi-finished billet. With a special pickling method to remove the surface of the blank semi-finished products, and then a cold-rolled to 0.08mm finished product thickness. The finished annealed test was performed by two methods, a vacuum cycle furnace and a hydrogen continuous furnace. The test results show that the electromagnetic properties of the silicon steel ribbons meet and exceed the conventional production methods used by our institute.
