血液循环系统,能通过改变心输出量或体内各部的血流分布,以达到体内环境的稳定。换言之,该系统可通过上述任一变化,自行调节全身的动态平衡。因此,心输出量是一个可以用来说明循环系统机能是否正常的重要参量。不少生理学学者,致力于研究影响心输出量的各种生理病理因素,以及他与其他循环机能参量间的关系,以期进一步了解心输出量的调节规律。下面介绍几种关于心输出量与其他循环机能参量间的关系。 (一)心输出量、每搏输出量和心率间的关系 Co=Hr×Svo(1-1)
