本文叙述阳调速调管放大器的脈间、脈内噪声产生的原理,对脈冲压缩雷达工作的影响。介绍脈间噪声功率的测量方法,给出了对D4003管测量的结果,对测量误差进行了分析和计算。给出了D4003管直流状态的脈内噪声特性。最后介绍阳调速调管放大器的脈内噪声对线性调频信号质量影响的测量系统及测量结果,给出了D4003管脈内信号噪声比的测量数据。本文所介绍的脈间噪声功率定量测量方法对于直流运用的三、四极管功率放大器,晶体管功率放大器和前向波放大器都是可以普遍采用的。
This article describes the Yang Yang klystron amplifier pulse, the principle of pulse noise generated pulse compression radar work. The method of measuring the inter-pulse noise power is introduced. The measurement results of the D4003 tube are given. The measurement error is analyzed and calculated. The internal noise characteristics of D4003 tube in DC state are given. Finally, the measurement system and the measurement results of the influence of the in-line noise of the Yang-klystron amplifier on the quality of the LFM signal are introduced, and the measurement data of the signal-to-noise ratio in the D4003-tube is given. The method of quantitative measurement of inter-pulse noise power introduced in this paper can be widely used for DC power transformers, transistor power amplifiers and forward-wave amplifiers.
