采用低温塑化的方法制备醋酸纤维素/环氧树脂(CA/EP)共混材料,并在共混过程中加入固化剂聚醚胺(D230),使其在体系内部形成半互穿网络结构。通过凝胶组分分析(凝胶含量测定与全反射红外光谱)以及扫描电子显微镜可以确定半互穿网络结构的形成。拉伸与弯曲测试可以表明该互穿网络结构的存在对材料的力学强度有较大提升,拉伸强度从54.6MPa提升至67.0MPa,弯曲强度由39MPa提高至63MPa。
Cellulose acetate / epoxy resin (CA / EP) blends were prepared by low temperature plasticization. Polyether amine curing agent (D230) was added into the blend to form a semi-interpenetrating network structure . The formation of semi-IPN structure can be confirmed by gel fraction analysis (gel content determination and total reflection IR) and scanning electron microscopy. Tensile and flexural tests show that the interpenetrating network structure enhances the mechanical strength of the material. The tensile strength increases from 54.6MPa to 67.0MPa, and the flexural strength increases from 39MPa to 63MPa.
