本文针对冷却塔风机的特点,分析了噪声源的机理,降噪及节能角度出发提出了优化设计方法。本文介绍的方法与一般设计不同之处是采用优化叶片流型,即保证同样作功原则下,使叶轮出口总的旋转动能最小;并较好地解决了超越代数方程迭代收敛问题。使用在微机上编制的冷却塔风机优化设计程序所研制的风机,噪声较低,性能良好。
In this paper, according to the characteristics of cooling tower fan, the mechanism of noise source is analyzed, and the optimal design method is put forward based on noise reduction and energy saving. The difference between this method and the general design is to optimize the flow pattern of the blade. That is to say, under the same work principle, the total rotational kinetic energy of the impeller exit is minimized; and the iterative convergence of the transcendental algebraic equation is solved well. The fan developed by the cooling tower fan optimization design program compiled on the microcomputer has lower noise and better performance.
