目的:对部分花类生药进行粉末显微鉴别,并拍摄其显微特征的数码照片,以期为生药的鉴别提供科学的参考依据。方法:采用水合氯醛法(粉末透化法)应用Motic数码显微镜观察花类生药的粉末显微特征。结果:金银花的主要显微鉴别特征是花粉粒、腺毛和非腺毛;红花镜下可看分泌细胞、花粉粒、柱头碎片和花冠裂片;丁香具有花粉粒、油室、纤维和草酸钙簇晶。并以彩色数码图片来真实、直观的反映花类生药的显微鉴别特征。结论:以上显微鉴别特征及数码图片可作为金银花、红花和丁香粉末显微鉴别及药材评价的科学参考依据。
OBJECTIVE: To identify some flower medicinal herbs by powder microscopy and take digital photographs of their microscopic features to provide a scientific reference for the identification of crude drugs. Methods: The microcosmic characteristics of the flowers of medicinal herbs were observed with the method of chloral hydrate (powder permeation method) using Motic digital microscope. Results: The major microscopic distinguishing features of honeysuckle were pollen grains, glandular trichomes and non-glandular trichomes. Secrets, pollen grains, stigma fragments and corolla lobes were observed under safflower microspheres. Clove had pollen grains, oil chamber, fiber and calcium oxalate Cluster crystal. And to digital color pictures to truly and intuitively reflect the micro-identification characteristics of flower herbs. Conclusion: The above microscopic identification features and digital images can be used as a scientific reference for the microscopic identification of honeysuckle, safflower and clove powder and medicinal materials evaluation.
