为了研究铌镁酸铅-钛酸铅(PMN-PT)透明电光陶瓷在275~325K下的电光效应,观察了不同尺寸铁电畴的形貌,测量了不同铁电畴尺寸陶瓷的电光系数,从铁电性的角度分析了温度对透明陶瓷电光效应的影响机制,并对不同波段电光陶瓷的电光效应进行表征。结果表明:低温时陶瓷的电光系数较大;电光系数随温度升高而减小,但其变化趋势会因波段不同而略有差异,这从微观上解释了陶瓷介电性能的变化是温度改变导致电光性能发生变化的原因。
In order to study the electro-optic effect of lead-magnesium titanate-lead titanate (PMN-PT) transparent electrophotosensitive ceramics at 275 ~ 325K, the morphologies of ferroelectric domains with different sizes were observed and their electro-optic coefficients were measured. The influence of temperature on the electro-optic effect of transparent ceramics was analyzed from the ferroelectric point of view, and the electro-optic effect of the electro-optic ceramics in different wavelength bands was characterized. The results show that the electro-optic coefficient of ceramics is high at low temperature, and the electro-optic coefficient decreases with the increase of temperature, but the variation tendency will vary slightly with different wavebands.
