宁夏彭阳县张崾岘水库主要为拦截地表径流,减少下游河道泥沙及水土流失,对水土保持及涵养水源起到一定作用。为了使该水库很好的发挥其工程效益,除险加固该水库意义重大。基于此,针对彭阳县张崾岘水库存在的问题,以及除险加固工程的必要性进行分析和研究。
