分析锡山市综合疾病监测点1988－1997年居民意外死亡潜在寿命损失年（PYLL）变化趋势，结果显示：意外死亡标化PYLL率在全死因中居第一位，并逐年下降。以及各死因的标化PYLL率顺位前5位，和男女逐年变化趋势。
The trend of accidental death potential life lost year (PYLL) in Xishan comprehensive disease surveillance site from 1988 to 1997 was analyzed. The results showed that the rate of accidental death standardized PYLL ranks first in all causes of death and decreases year by year. And the standardized PYLL rate of each cause of death ranked the top 5, and men and women changed year by year.
