目的分析2001-2010年郫县甲乙类传染病流行趋势,为有效预防控制传染病提供科学依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法对郫县2001-2010年甲乙类传染病疫情资料进行统计分析。结果 2001-2010年郫县无报告甲类传染病,乙类传染病共报告16种11 718例,年均发病率239.58/10万,2002年发病率最低为162.99/10万,2003-2005年逐年上升,2005年最高为352.45/10万,2006-2010年逐年下降;年均发病率居前5位的病种是乙肝、肺结核、痢疾、淋病、甲肝,血源及性传播传染病年均发病率为122.53/10万,居首位;呼吸道传染病年均发病率为62.26/10万,居第2位;肠道传染病年均发病率54.45/10万,居第3位;自然疫源及虫媒传染病年均发病率0.35/10万,居第4位。结论 2001-2010年郫县甲乙类传染病发病总体呈现先升后降趋势,以血源及性传播传染病为主。
Objective To analyze the epidemic trend of Class A and B infectious diseases in Pixian County from 2001 to 2010 and provide a scientific basis for effective prevention and control of infectious diseases. Methods Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the epidemic situation of Class A and B infectious diseases in Yixian County from 2001 to 2010. Results A total of 11 718 cases of type A infectious diseases were reported in Pixian from 2001 to 2010. The average annual incidence rate was 239.58 / 100 000. The lowest incidence in 2002 was 162.99 / 100 000. In 2003-2005 Year-on-year increase, the highest in 2005 was 352.45 / 100000, and declined year by year in 2006-2010. The top 5 diseases with annual average incidence were hepatitis B, tuberculosis, dysentery, gonorrhea, hepatitis A, blood and sexually transmitted diseases The incidence rate was 122.53 / 100000, ranking the first place; the average annual incidence of respiratory infectious diseases was 62.26 / 100000, ranking No. 2; the annual average incidence of intestinal infectious diseases was 54.45 / 100,000, ranking No. 3; natural epidemic The annual average incidence rate of source and insect-borne diseases was 0.35 / 100,000, ranking No. 4. Conclusion In 2001-2010, the incidence of ABD infectious diseases in Pixian County showed an overall upward trend first and then decreased, with the main source of blood and sexually transmitted diseases.
