作为终身教育的重要践行者,电大教师的主体性发展水平是影响终身教育事业顺利推进的重要因素。本文分析了终身教育背景下电大教师主体性发展的应然与实然,并就如何从内部驱动力和外部推动力两个方面入手,探究将实然转变为应然的具体策略。
As an important practitioner of lifelong education, the subjective development level of TVU teachers is an important factor that affects the smooth progress of lifelong education. This article analyzes the necessity and reality of the development of the subjectivity of TVU teachers in the context of lifelong education and explores how to turn the concrete strategies that should actually be changed from the two aspects of internal driving force and external driving force.
