水土流失是我国需要重点解决的环保问题,在今年颁布的全国生态环境建设纲要中已列为生态环境建设的重要内容。为使水土流失治理投资发挥更大的效益,编制好水土保持规划投资概(估)算是一项重要的基础工作。作者结合自己的实践经验,对水土保持规划投资概(估)算的特点、项目划分、费用构成等问题作了简要论述,并就该项规划投资概(估)算的编制内容及方法作了具体介绍,可供有关单位参考和借鉴。
