唐山作为一个典型的资源型城市,符合本课题的研究点。唐山市作为一个典型的转型城市在转型过程中遇到了瓶颈。本文的主旨在于找到唐山城市转型过程中的问题,并在行政执法层面提出相应的解决措施,为唐山的城市转型助力。本文在环境污染严重、农村基础设施建设不足、企业发展缺乏活力、大学生就业难四个方面分析了唐山城市转型过程中遇到的难题,并在这些问题基础上,重点分析政府、法律授权的社会组织的相应责任,分析唐山在行政执法方面应注意到的问题,落实各部门责任,从而帮助唐山成功转型,改变人们印象中的老唐山印象,期待新唐山的凤凰涅。
Tangshan as a typical resource-based city, in line with the subject of research. As a typical transformational city, Tangshan City encountered bottlenecks in the process of transformation. The main purpose of this paper is to find out the problems in the process of urban transformation in Tangshan and propose corresponding solutions at the administrative enforcement level so as to help Tangshan’s urban transformation. This paper analyzes the problems encountered in Tangshan urban transition in four aspects: environmental pollution is serious, the lack of infrastructure in rural areas, the lack of vitality of enterprise development, employment of college students is difficult to analyze, and on the basis of these problems, focusing on analysis of government, law authorized by the community The corresponding responsibility of the organization, analyze the problems that Tangshan should pay attention to in the administrative law enforcement, and implement the responsibility of each department so as to help Tangshan succeed in transforming, change the impressions of the old Tangshan impression, and look forward to the Tangshan Phoenix.
