目的:研究腹腔镜联合活血化瘀中药对子宫内膜异位症不孕轻型患者体内血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)水平的影响。方法:将该院2012年1月~2013年1月收治的60例子宫内膜异位症不孕轻型患者作为治疗组,随机分为A、B两组,每组各30例。A组采用腹腔镜联合活血化瘀中药治疗,B组仅采用腹腔镜治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。另取该院体检正常妇女30例作为对照组,比较治疗组与对照组体内VEGF、IGF-1水平。结果:子宫内膜异位症不孕患者体内VEGF、IGF-1水平显著高于正常妇女,差异具有统计学意义(t=9.402 8,16.596 8;P=0.000 0)。治疗组患者治疗后,体内VEGF、IGF-1水平与治疗前相比均下降,A组下降程度优于B组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.146 4,4.984 3;P=0.001 7,0.000 0)。A、B两组治疗6个月后,体内VEGF、IGF-1水平与对照组相比,A组已接近正常水平,B组仍有一段差距。结论:子宫内膜异位症不孕轻型患者体内VEGF、IGF-1水平高于正常妇女,使用腹腔镜联合活血化瘀中药治疗后,VEGF和IGF-1水平下降,获得了较好的疗效。
Objective: To investigate the effect of laparoscopic combined with activating blood and removing blood stasis on the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) in patients with endometriosis-refractory mild type. Methods: Sixty patients with endometriosis infertility who were treated in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2013 were randomly divided into A and B groups, with 30 cases in each group. Group A was treated with laparoscopic combined with activating blood and removing blood stasis, while group B was treated with laparoscopy only. The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups. Another 30 cases of normal physical examination in the hospital as a control group, the treatment group and the control group in vivo VEGF, IGF-1 levels. Results: The levels of VEGF and IGF-1 in infertile women with endometriosis were significantly higher than those in normal women (t = 9.402 8, 16.596 8; P = 0.000 0). After treatment, the levels of VEGF and IGF-1 in the treatment group decreased compared with those before treatment, and the reduction in group A was better than that in group B (t = 3.146, 4.9884 3; P = 0.001 7, 0.000 0). A, B two groups of 6 months after treatment, in vivo VEGF, IGF-1 levels compared with the control group, A group is close to normal levels, B group is still a gap. Conclusion: The levels of VEGF and IGF-1 in patients with endometriosis and infertility are higher than those in normal women. After treatment with laparoscopic combined with activating blood and removing blood stasis, the levels of VEGF and IGF-1 are decreased and a good curative effect is obtained.
