本文采用实验法将研究性教学模式运用在跆拳道教学中。实验结果表明:在心理健康方面,研究性教学对实验组强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑和偏执的影响较为明显。对照组除了人际关系敏感有明显改善外,其它各项指标均未发生显著变化。实验组实验后被试的体育成绩显著高于实验前。对照组被试实验前后体育成绩变化未达到显著水平。结论:研究性教学对女大学生的心理健康水平提高有积极作用,对体育成绩有显著的促进作用。
This article uses the experimental method to apply the research teaching mode to taekwondo teaching. The experimental results show that: in the aspect of mental health, research teaching has more obvious effects on obsessive-compulsive symptoms, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety and paranoid in experimental group. In addition to the control group was significantly improved interpersonal sensitivity, the other indicators did not change significantly. The experimental group after the experiment the physical performance was significantly higher than before the experiment. Before and after the experiment, the physical education scores of the control group did not reach a significant level. Conclusion: The research teaching has a positive effect on improving the mental health level of female college students, and has a significant promoting effect on the PE achievements.
