目的了解金华市婺城区2004-2007年0～24岁儿童青少年病毒性肝炎流行特征,为今后防控决策提供科学依据。方法从2004-2007年婺城区传染病网络直报系统摘取0～24岁儿童青少年病毒性肝炎发病资料,进行统计分析。结果婺城区2004-2007年0～24岁儿童青少年病毒性肝炎发病率为108.50/10万,男性发病率为135.31/10万,女性发病率为78.38/10万,发病率男性高于女性(P<0.005);15岁及以上大年龄组发病率高于15岁以下小年龄组发病率(P<0.001);儿童青少年乙型病毒性肝炎发病率高于其他各型病毒性肝炎发病率(P<0.01)。结论必须进一步提高甲、乙肝疫苗接种率和接种质量,切实提升免疫效果;要大力加强学校卫生和儿童青少年健康教育工作。
Objective To understand the prevalence of viral hepatitis among adolescents and adolescents aged 0-24 years in Wucheng District of Jinhua City from 2004 to 2007 and provide a scientific basis for future prevention and control decisions.
