随着我国教育部出台的《幼儿园工作规则》颁布实施,要求学前教师要在幼儿的生活及活动中发挥各种教育手段。与此同时,由于学龄前儿童的年龄段具有特殊性,也就导致了正常教学活动中会出现一些随机事件。因此,学前教师应该抓住事件中的教育契机,从观察、分析及探究方面引发幼儿的学习兴趣。但学前教师在进行随机教育时会遇到哪些问题,又该如何去深入教学?为此,从随机教育对幼儿的影响,以及幼师对幼儿进行随机教育所遇到的问题进行分析,以培育幼儿的学习兴趣及知识储备。
With the promulgation and implementation of the “Kindergarten Working Rules” promulgated by the Ministry of Education in China, preschool teachers are required to play a variety of educational methods in the life and activities of young children. In the meantime, due to the particularity of the age group of preschool children, there are some random events in normal teaching activities. Therefore, pre-school teachers should seize the opportunity of education in the incident to arouse children’s interest in learning from observation, analysis and inquiry.
