地方本科院校开展双语教学艰难,有客观和主观两个方面。客观困难主要有:教材的建设、师资的培养和教学模式的选择。主观困难主要是:师生对开展双语教学必要性的认识有所欠缺、职能部门的相关措施还不完善。针对以上困难,我们的应对原则有二。其一是,分清主次,确定问题重点,处理好全面布局与重点突破的关系。其二是具体问题具体对待,将地方院校的实际情况和重点院校双语教学的先进经验相结合。唯有如此,才能促进地方本科院校双语教学的发展,提升学校办学层次、增强学校科研实力。
Local colleges and universities to carry out bilingual teaching difficult, objective and subjective two aspects. Objective difficulties include: construction of teaching materials, training of teachers and selection of teaching modes. Subjective difficulties are mainly: teachers and students have a lack of understanding of the necessity of bilingual education, functional departments of the relevant measures are not perfect. In response to the above difficulties, we have two coping principles. The first is to distinguish between primary and secondary, to determine the focus of the problem, handle the overall layout and key breakthroughs in the relationship. The second is the concrete treatment of specific problems, combining the actual conditions of local colleges and advanced experiences of bilingual education in key institutions. Only in this way can we promote the development of bilingual education in local undergraduate colleges, upgrade the school-running level and enhance the scientific research ability of schools.
