温家宝总理曾强调:“只有把中小学校长都培养成真正的教育家,我们的教育事业才大有希望。”近日,“吉林省首届中小学杰出校长培养对象‘办学思想与办学实践’第一期主题论坛”于2012年4月14日至15日在吉林省教育学院召开。本次论坛以党和国家越来越重视中小学校长队伍的专业素质和办学水平的提升问题为背景,确定了以杰出校长为培养对象的主题论坛的三个目标维度。通过我省6位杰出校长与6位教育专家之间针对“办学思想与办学实践”的高水平发言与讨论,为我省中小学校长队伍整体素质的提高起到了积极的引领作用。现将本次会议综述刊发于此,以期达成校长自身专业发展与学校发展和谐统一的目的。
