根据沪府办外(1986)395号批文,上海自行车飞轮制造测试技术赴日考察小组一行五人,于一九八六年七月廿一日～八月四日赴日考嚓。在日期间,代表组先后参观了前田工业株式会社,新佳工业株式会社大阪工场,东方工程公司三家工厂。还访问了日本车辆检查协会,日本车辆检查协会东京检测所,日本车辆检查协会界市检查所,自行车产业振兴协会技术研究所,四家研究检测单位以及和华情报公司。在访问考察活动
According to the Shanghai Foreign Office (1986) approval No. 395, the Shanghai bicycle flywheel manufacturing test technology went to the inspection group of five people and went to Japan on July 1st to August 4th, 1986. During the day, the representative team visited Maeda Industrial Co., Ltd., Shinkai Industry Co., Ltd. Osaka Plant, and Dongfang Engineering Co., Ltd. three factories.
