北部湾经济区高新技术产业带建设存在的主要问题实施广西北部湾经济区国家高新技术产业带建设以来,经济区高新技术企业不断增加,高新技术产业快速发展,高新技术产业布局进一步优化,产业园区载体建设不断强化,产业空间集聚态势逐步显现,科技创新体系和创新平台不断完善。但是,产业带建设仍存在一些亟待解决的问题。(一)高新技术产业规模偏小,区域发展不平衡
