后进生,即后来进步的学生。常指那些智力发育正常,有品德不良行为或学习成绩差的学生。后进生人数虽少,但对班级的消极影响大,如果不做好后进生的转化工作,班级正常教学秩序以及日常生活常规就会受到影响。大量的研究和教育实践表明,后进生是可以教育好的对象。如何做好后进生的转化工作,是班主任工作能力的检验,也是职业责任感的高度体现。笔者认为转化后进生,首先要了解后进生。
